Katheryn Katheryn Suzy SuzyKatheryn Winnick, a Canadian producer, director, and actress, starred as the lead actor in Vikings. The show was created by MGM/The History Channel. It received critical praise and Emmy awards. Apart from her main character on Vikings, the first episode helmed by Winnick premiered in 2020. Entertainment Weekly declared that her part is "Lagertha may be one of the most interesting female characters on TV." Apart from receiving the Women's Image Network Award in 2018 for the best Actress in A TV Series, she has been nominated to win a variety of other prestigious awards, including the Critic's Top Award in 2017 for the Best Supporting Actress as well as the Canadian Screen Award in 2014 for the Best Performance by a Lead Dramatic Actress. Katheryn was also honored with the Serendipity Films' Award for her outstanding performance at the Banff World Media Festival 2015, in addition to her highly coveted nods. She was also chosen as a juror for the 2019 Cannes Series festival.
