Salma Hayek

SalmaSalma Hayek Pinault (born Salma Valgarma Hayek , born September 2, 1966)[3][4][5]), is an American and Mexican actress. Her film career began in Mexico in the telenovela Teresa, in which she was a lead in the television drama Teresa (1989-1991) and the romantic drama El Callejon de los Milagros (1995), which resulted in an Ariel Award nomination. From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999), Dogma (1999) and Desperado (1995) were only among her many Hollywood credits. Hayek's performance as Frida Kahlo who is a painter, in Frida (2002) the biographical film she wrote and produced and won her the Academy Award for Best Actress nomination[6]. Also, she was awarded her Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award as well as British Academy Film Award nominations.
